- Mixed salad
- Goats Cheese
- Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil
This is my all time favourite salad, the Chia Seeds are a great addition, they expand in your stomach once consumed ensuring that I’m not hungry at all again until supper time. For more info on health benefits of Chia Seeds click HERE
Its really simple to prepare this salad, which I love.
Add the mixed salad into a bowl and cut two 1cm thick rounds of goats cheese (cut into cubes) and layer over the salad.
Tear two slices of the parma ham into smaller slivers and lace into the salad.
After thats done sprinkle over your chia seeds and then slice figs and toss over the salad.
Finish off with a dollop of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
