- 1 Avocado
- 6 Strawberries
- 2 slices Rye Bread
- 1 pinch Maldon Salt
- 1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Balsamic Glaze
I know what you’re thinking, Natalie this isn’t a bloody recipe. It’s just avocado with strawberries on top. Well you’re absolutely right… this is the easiest thing in the world to whip up…. but it’s still genius.
Avocados & Strawberries are a match made in heaven… and seeing as they’ve just started selling these at supermarkets again it’s the perfect time to make this for your next Sunday breakfast. It’s delicious, easy and a great spin on your regular avo on toast. I love having it on rye bread but it tastes just as amazing on toasted brown bread. This is full of nutrients and keeps you feeling full until lunch.
Half and peel avocado then using a cheese slicer shave avocado over Rye Bread.
Thinly slice strawberries and scatter over avocado.
Drizzle with salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
