Last night was the Press Night of my SupperClub with CocoBananas and I was so happy with how it went! Just thought I’d share a few photos of the evening. I was incredibly proud to have my favourite Açaí company Amaçaí there making Açaí bowls for the event, they provide organic & authentic tasting Açaí pulp to the likes of Farm Girl & The Mae Deli! Everyone seemed to love the Brazilian Pizza, topped with Kale, Brazil Nuts, Sweet Potato & Goats cheese, which was a relief as that was the dish I was most worried about! I normally cook for friends or my family so I was extremely nervous to have a room full of strangers try my food for the first time.
I met so many people who were genuinely interested in healthy Brazilian & South American food. As a special surprise we had Brazilian dancers at the event who were INCREDIBLE. I can’t wait for the next SupperClubs which will coincide with the opening and closing of the Olympics!
